Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Whether you're aspiring to your first 5K, or you want support taking your running to the next level, this 8 week guided virtual training program will provide you with a detailed training plan for a variety of distances, general running, safety, and nutrition tips for avoiding injury and keeping yourself fueled, live virtual cross training classes, a private support group, and personal check-ins and accountability from a certified coach. The program starts with a virtual kick-off meeting, and the 8 weeks will be capped off with a race. Session price includes a Fit4MOM Run Tank.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Free weekly community run meet-up. All are welcome! Bring a friend. Bring the whole family. Come run with us! Or walk, jog, run/walk, ride a scooter, with or without the kids, do what you do. Get out of the house and get active amongst friends.

We've all tried mom-ing with limited support this past year, and it's no mystery why they stay "it takes a village"! Motherhood is better with friends, with group kids activities, and with the ability to see and talk to other adults, other moms. That's why we conclude our stroller classes with a playgroup. We will also be striving to schedule more mom's nights, as the world opens up a bit. Goodness knows, we could all use that occasional break!
